Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Intoxicated. DUI could be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. DWI is only alcohol

Hey, in certain states(like Florida), you are REQUIRED to refer it ONLY as "OUI"(operating under the influence"...but it's essentially the same thing...
