Man, I tried to search for her on the internet and I got a bunch of junk about some store in New Orleans called Annie Christmas. Apparently, she was a New Orleans riverboat captain or worker or something like that.

Eulogies are usually set in a certain format--that's the main thing. It's like telling about someone's life, so you say, well, this is where she lived, this is where she grew up, this is where she settled or spent most of her time, this is her family, this is her work, this is what mattered to her. Just do short paragraphs about each main idea, birth to death. Maybe do a bit at the end about what she looked like, or how she was known, or how you knew her. You might want to look at other eulogies for some guidance--see how they set up the eulogy and do hers based on that. That's actually a pretty interesting idea for a project, but it's too bad it's so hard to look her up on the internet. Good luck!
