when I click on the email my trendmicro program warns credit card is trying to be accessed. The email is from one of my regular contacts. Could a hacker have attached something to her email?

What can I do to get it out of my inbox?

First, I hope you did not open the e-mail.

Whenever you are in doubt about something like this, you e-mail the person and ask if he/she sent this type of e-mail.

Unfortunately, hackers are good at what they do and they may be mimicking your contact's address.

It is for this reason that in Yahoo Mail, I have set my options to display the entire header of the sender. If I feel a message is phishing, I copy the entire message and paste it into the message box of an e-mail. In the subject line I type "abuse" and report the offense to http://compose.mail.yahoo.com/?To=reportphishing%40antiphishing.org

I do not forward the message because the entire header is not forwarded.

i have now not been in a position to delete, reply or compose emails because of the particular undeniable reality that Yahoo switched over to the hot look. thanks lots magnumgirl for the u . s . link above. I in basic terms tried it and that i'm up and operating staggering again (for now). i desire Yahoo fixes this quickly thinking i have had my Yahoo account regularly and may want to't disable it. =)
