Start sorta subtley flirting... just a little bit at a time, read his body language see if you're getting anything back. Go out for a few drinks, then if anything happends & it doesn't go the way you planned, you can blame alcohol... Yeah that doesn't sound too classy though does it... Just a little bit of flirting, then when he responds you can increase your flirting accordingly, good luck!

Just be yourself. Laugh at his jokes, find excuses and little reasons to spend time with him, give him little things, like a mix of his favorite songs or something small but thoughtful. Hope this helps!

PERSONALY I FEEL THE BEST WAY 2 LET A GUY KNOW U LIKE THEM IS BY ASKING THEM OUT 2 A FRIENDLY GAME OF POOL , DARTS OR 2 A MOVIE. SEE WHAT HE SAYS & IF HE SAYS NO... THEN U KNOW HE IS N IT INTRESTED MY DEAR & IF HE SAYS YES.... U KNOW HE IS!!! IF U STILL FEEL UR NOT SURE HOW HE FEELS...BE DIRECT....COME RIGHT OUT & ASK HIM !!!!!! i'd do the whole get together trick you know have a barn fire or bbq invite a few friends over couples only and him that way he is left there just to socialze and get to know you more eventually he will get the picture

first of all make sure he doesnt have a girlfriend, and then when ur sure of that start flirting with him and when u two get comfortable talking with eachother ask him for his number, that usually leads to a date and if ur too shy ask a group of friends to go with u or sumtin
