No they are not they sold out just like all the rest. They were brought out to dispute the record of our leader in the military we could not elect someone that actually did go to the military instead we elect one that there is not evidence he ever fulfilled his obligation of service in the Air Texas Guard. But then most of them were for sale hence the name should have been Bush Vote Vets.

I don't think they ever portrayed themselves as neutral. I think they were a group of guys who wanted the real Kerry to be exposed.
