Me And 5 of my friends are going out on halloween were onlyy 12-13 years old....we want to tp and walk aroundd and make people mad...what should we do to make people mad?...what should we wear?..

you should wear costumes that identify you are one group.
as for how to make people mad, there are tons of ways. make sure it doesnt invade on their privacy and make sure it isnt anything inappropriate. just go up to them and say reali i mean reali random thing. then after seeing their bewildered faces run away laffing. then about 5 minutes later walk back and do the same thing. keep doing this in intervals of about 2-6 minutes. they will get mad (most people) but after halloween is done they will 4get all about it.

Why not make black and white striped costumes and go as a chain gang.

what ever is the point of making people mad? dress like arab bombers, that should do it, or goths, but then there are a lot of them. how about you all try to look like bill and hillary clinton.
