Or you can wait until the moment is right, and hang out with him a lot until there's a quiet pause, and just lean right over and kiss him.

How well do you two know each other? If you've just met, focus on getting to know him. Maybe ask him to hang out in a one-on-one situation (go get coffee or something). If he's already a close friend, you might want to just talk to him about how you feel instead of springing a kiss on him.

don't listen to those other two jerks. does he know you like him? don't worry so much about kissing him, but get to know each other better, and when you DO know each other well enough, the kiss will come on its own.

if you like him enough, go for it. chances are he is a little nervous too. so be the brave one and kiss him. show him you do have feelings for him
