I would think it would depend on the circumstances of the situation. If there's cheating involved, then maybe. If you just don't feel like being there, then that's not a good enough reason. Realize something: even if you do leave her, you should always be a part of your child's life. After all, he didn't ask to be brought into this world. And he deserves the opportunity to have you in his life, whether you are with his mother or not.. Not to mention, if you decided to leave, most states would make you pay child support for him anyway, and if you are paying child support, then you may as well stick around to see how the kid turns out. If you aren't there to teach him how to be a man, then who is going to? I'm not trying to sound rude or anything. I just have very strong opinions concerning that particular topic....As I said before, it just depends on the situation with the mother. Good luck.

why would you leave your son especially that is not good for the child.No I would not leave her and the son especially at 5 months don't.
