Someone i know has been smoking pot while on probation. He did the old surgel trick. (you know jeletan) before he got drug tested for probation. They sent the results off to the lab. Do you think that trick will work, or is he doomed. If he is going to get caught, what will he get for failing? Thanks
He is probation for just a mistamenor.

do not ever trust any pill or potion to pass a drug test use somone elses urin in a wizenator or clean yourseilf up for at least 6 weeks to be safe!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what the old surgel trick is or what jeletan is? Are you talking about gelatin??? Depending on the state he lives in and his probation officer, is how he will be dealt with. THC is THC and if it is in his system, it will show positive in his urine drug screen unless he abstains from marijuana usage for a couple of weeks and dilutes his urine with lots of water. Here in Texas, the men on probation pees in front of the PO. Good luck and tell him to quit breaking the law.LoL

I doubt the trick worked. He will probably get some jail time or community service. I am not certain how long either sentence will be. That is up to the judge. It also depends on how much was in his system at the time.
