Well, this answer depends on several variables:
1) Where is the fight being held? Above ground or underwater? If it's underwater, Aquaman should win in 5 seconds...he might not if Spidey is wearing a special costume and not his usual tights
2) Which version of Aquaman are we dealing with? The orange shirt and green pants version from "Superfriends" who can't be out of water for longer than 60 minutes and who's chief power is taking to fish? Or is it the 90's version with the beard and hook for a hand?
That being said, I think Aquaman wins underwater unless Spidey is wearing a special costume. Above ground, Spidey wins hand down, simply because he's got more mobility and has full use of all his abilities.

I would think Aquaman. Cos Aquaman is underwater, so if he wouldn't come out. That means spiderman have to go search for him. when Spidey go near the water Aquaman can easily make Spidey into the water n that will be Aquaman's advantage.
Anyway, do hope Spidey be wise....

If it's in the water, spidey is toast. Just send a school of piranas or barracudas after him. He can only web a few at a time, and his webs probably don't work so well underwater. Aquaman's telepathy might even be able to overwhelm his spider sense!!!!

Aquaman... Spiderman would be no mach under water.. Would survive only as long as he held his breath

aquaman would call upon the kraken, and then spiderman would just kind of flail around a bit.

SPIDER-MAN would most definitely win in a fight because he can websling from one building to another, and needs scuba gear to breathe underwater. AQUAMAN, on the other hand, does not need scuba gear to breath underwater because he can breathe underwater naturally.
