Allerghic reactions to aspirin may occur
Mild to severe allergic reactions to aspirin may occur. Symptoms include flushing, itchy rashes, blocked and runny noses and severe difficulty breathing or asthma, usually within an hour of taking a tablet. When assessing reactions to aspirin or similar medications, it is useful to look for evidence of underlying disease such as hives (urticaria), nose / sinus disease or asthma. This is because the presence of some medical conditions increases the likelihood of aspirin allergy. Hoep that helps!!!

Rash, itch and trouble breathing. You would definitely know. Contact your doctor or go to the ER if you are having symptoms. This could be a serious issue. If you are not able to reach your doctor or get to the ER, Benedryl will block the histamines that cause an allergic reaction.

Varies by severity. You could be having trouble breathing, maybe break out in a rash of some sort, or just plain die. Best bet, if you're worried see a professional, don't ask a bunch of dummies on a website.

Upset stomach, vomiting, sometimes dizziness.
Tylenol (Acetometaphyn) is good for general aches and pains, headaches, too.
Motrin (Ibuprophin) is anti-swelling.
