I know 2 friend who did implants. They both say they lost all sensation in their nipples. :(

I've got implants, and I would say that for me I feel it has. I feel some numbing on and around my nipples.

I know I'm a guy, but I've heard that they do lose sensation....I couldnt tell you from experience, but that's what I've heard

Normally yes, sometimes it is temporary, sometimes not. Depends on the size and stress caused by the surgery.

I'm not sure, but yesterday me and my homie dave went to a scrip club, and when a scriper lifter her arm over her head, her ittie popped up, me and my boy dave were pointing and laughing, and the broad got all self conscious....

yes alot of women do I was in the adult industry and found that alot of the girls that had them done really didnt feel much and they were always hard too even if it wasnt cold

Sometimes they do yes, it depends on how good the surgeon is and how good you heal up I guess.
