Is there anyway i can change my main email?

It only says that I can make a primary emial address or an alternate one .... is there anyway i can change my permanet one?

You can change your current one and make another your default (primary) email.
If you would have said what account you currently have as a primary and what to change it to, I could give you instructions how to do so.
So the answer to your question is: YES

go to your email and go to your account @ the top of the page(next to sign out) and then you can change it.
