I had to do that a few weeks ago. They used to call every morning starting around 8. Remember to put your cell phone number also, if they get it they will call it too.

www.donotcall.gov or toll free 888-382-1222 list your house and all cell phones on this do not call list because now telemarketers can start calling mobiles.
