How do you delete the subject that you searched for on the internet? I typed adults and I cannot seem to delete the subject

Internet Explorer Instructions:
1. Click Tools
2.Click Content at the top of the new window that pops up
3.Click Auto Complete
4.Click Clear Forms
5.Click Ok

That's it your all done

Oops...

Go to Internet Options, Content, Auto Complete, Clear Forms.

Also in internet options (General Tab), clear history, delete files, and delete cookies.

Ask your parents! No...Go to Tools, internet options>>>clear history>>>hit the content tab and hit auto complete>>clear forms and take the check out of auto complete.

It depends on what 'search' you are using. You already got answers for Internet Explorer. If you are using another browser, it will be different.
Netscape; on top, clk Edit, Preferences, History, Clear History, Done.
Other search bars are different. Please say if you are typing in Google / a browser search / Yahoo search etc.
