Yes i have a perfect suggestion for you. Go to Mac store in Macy's. Tell them i want the brush with the black eyeshadow so i can make perfect line . They will give it to u I bought it its great> you can also try the eyeliner from Mac its good i used it and it took me hours to take off lol. But i think the special brush and the eyeshadow are the best..

Heh it relatively is what you could desire to do: locate some darkish darkish eyeshadow (i take advantage of one from a set for doing smokey eyes) and brush over your lash line, provide it a sprint smudge. Then take the top of your mascara wand and form of dab it on the very end of your eyelashes. this does not smudge =D Eyeliner works on dry epidermis no longer an area it extremely is continuously being moisturised consisting of your inner eyeline. opposite to conventional theory it aint magic =P I in basic terms use eyeliner on my eyelid.

MAC, Bourjois, and Lancome eyeliners all work VERY well. They almost never smudge, and if they do it's just a little bit. You just have to keep re-applying through out the day, keep a compact mirror with you so you can do a touch up any time you need it.

If you have a middle eastern store that sells speciatly cosmetics, you should buy the hand dipped all natural eyeliner....it is the darkest eyeliner ever, and it doesnt smug and lasts forever(well until you take it off). i would give you a price but one of my friends bought it so i dont know exactly.

Switch to a "dry" liner; otherwise, keep experimenting with various waterproof liners. You know, makeup artists apply eyeshadow on top of the liner to make it stay in place longer.
