Because we & everything around us are moving , all together, at the same speed.
Our speed relative to the Earth is "0".

You feel sensation from the rate of change of motion. On a carousel, you are changing direction constantly. An ice dancer spinning is changing direction even faster, even though no part of her body is travelling faster than you are on a carousel.

The Earth is so big that for all intents and purposes, you are travelling in a straight line.

In short, it is angular velocity that is critical. The Earth's angular velocity is very slow - 360 degrees in 24 hours. An ice dancer spinning does 360 degrees in a fraction of a second, and will no doubt experience some giddiness.

What our bodies actually sense are accelerations, which are *CHANGES* in velocity. As long as we have a nearly constant velocity we don't feel any motion. Think about what it feels like in a car on a very smooth road if the car is neither speeding up nor slowing down. If you close your eyes can you tell that you are moving? You probably can because of other clues such as sounds, but you might not *FEEL* the motion. That's the way it is with our motion on the earth; it's constant (more or less) and it's smooth!

because our inertia is causing us to spin with the earth (inertia, you might recall, is the initial velocity an object begins with and would stay with if no other external forces act upon it). so, if a normal day ensues and we're all spinning around happily, and then in one blink the earth is gone from beneath our feet, we'd continue spinning exactly the way we were for one moment before falling or whatever. in other words, our velocity is relative to earth, which explains another point that nothing in the universe is actually at absolute rest.

we don't feel spinning of the earth because with the earth the whole environment also moves.the earth moves at the speed of about 700 mph.because of the gravity layers of earth also moves,so we don't feel it.if that was not the case than we'll had to face a storm of the same speed!!!!!!!!!!

The Earth is still. It is the Universe that turns around us!
Because movement is relative and we are the observers.
