If a person is drug tested for probation and they sent if off to a lab is he going to get busted? help!?

if it positive with whatever they are being tested for then probably. i know back in the day i was on probation and i had random drug screens. i smoked marijuana during that time and never got busted. it also depends on what kind of test. mine was a piss test. i never used the first urine in the morning ( that contains the most thc or whatever it detects) and drank a lot of water. well good luck with that!!!

If you are on probation they tested right then and there. If they did not arrest you before you left you are ok. If the urine came up dirty you have no chance. At least that is how they do it in Florida. They don't sent anything out.

My step-bro just came out of prison, he was drug tested positive for drug use. He did not go to jail, but he did go back to jail because he stolen a car and was under the influence of drugs/alcohol....I think it depends on your probation officer.

Probations have very strict guidelines. If this person did drugs during his term, he could be looking at jail time.

yes! Depending on his PO he might be able to just go ahead and talk to him and tell him he is willing to go into a rehab for help. That away he dont end up in prison.
Other wise the judge can send him to prison or just extend the probation sentence.
Depending on his PO and his drug of choose they might over look it. Alot of the time they over look it if they only test dirty for weed.
