i think just adjusting to new car, new team, new crew cheif.. everything. first, kurt is not a tremdounsly great driver, but in the end..the biggest problem he had this year was just adjusting..

As was mentioned earlier here, this is a first year team. There were more changes than just the driver in the off season. I'd say they progressed rather nicely and will be a force next year. Like him or not, Kurt can drive a race car and Penske clearly has the wherewithall to provide his teams with all the necessities to be competitive.

The bigger question at Penske should be what the heck happened to Ryan Newman and his #12 team? From Chase contenders the past two years to a dismal 17th overall this year. If you're looking for trouble at Penske, better look in both garages.

I'm not sure what is going on with the Penske team this year, but Penske says he's standing behind both of them. I don't think Kurt is a crappy driver or such a bad guy. I don't think it's the driver that's the problem, but I just don't know what it is.

The driver is the main problem.I feel sorry for his crew chief having to put up with Kurt.Roger is a good car owner but he should have known better than to replace someone like Rusty with a hothead like Kurt.

I could care less what happens to Kurt Busch or his brother because they are cry babies and those are my nicknames for them. I think its the driver they were still decent last year with Rusty Wallace but he was a veteran so he had well deserved experience.

Nobody. I think they all have done well and I'm not upset at all with their progress this season. Kurt got more poles than anybody in Nextel cup racing, and he had some great moves and strong finishes this season. I'm very happy with him, and hope he wins more races in the future...which he will, of course.

The driver since he is a total jerk! Does he even have any fans? Seriously he shouldn't of replaced a driver like Rusty Wallace because he don't deserve to!

This is a first year team for all reasonable accounts. Why do you think they are having a disappointing season. Couple of poles and a couple of wins. Sounds good to me.
