You can't make websites until you can spell.
In that original 11 word clause you posted above:
i what 2 make my own wed site?
not my spase
You almost spelled every single word wrong:
I WANT TO make my own WEB site?
not MYSPACE.
There is a spell check you know.

create the website what you want with HTML,
then host them to a web hosting site.
that's ok.
now i use DriveHQ.com(http://www.drivehq.com/ ) service.
1 GB free space to host. i think it will fill the requirement of your personal website.

They will misguide you if you let them. Here is a page that will take you on a tour http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/geo/tour/tour-01.html
â NOTE: Most people don't bother reading the help pages. Be smart and skim through them so you'll know where to get help when you need it in a hurry.
