No you shouldn't.

The people who end up with extra skin are usually very obese, like 100 + pounds over weight.

Even then if they are under 35 and non smokers there is a good chance the skin will snap back with in 1 year of the weight loss.

Yes, not much but yes. True, young skin is very elastic but I lost around 50 pounds and have a little(I was 15 at the time). It's not bad and if you tone your body throught weight lifting and such you can minimize the loose skin almost entirely because it isn't just a devastating amount.

well better some extra skin than the extra fat but you can or cant it depends on your body. but you can walk into a plastic surgeon and get that taken care of getting the fat removed is another long process of paperwork and counseling

Yeah, you can get saggy skin if you lose a lot of weight very fast. It's worse when you're older though. It also depends on genetics - just like stretch marks. Some people do, some people don't.

yes ur skin can get saggy if u don't exercise but usually youthful skin is very elastic and just molds back into shape
