Might these CDs be inferior in any way? It seems they are manufactured by the music clubs themselves.

They are manufactured under license from the copyright holder and must live up to the standards of the copyright holder. There is virtually no difference between a CD bought at a music store and one bought from a music service.

Most mass-produced CDs...whether music or software, are produced by a limited number of companies. BMG is a huge music and software CD manufacturer.

So the CDs you buy in the store are usually from the same manufacturer as the music club CDs.

The only difference between the store bought cd's and music club cds is music clubs like "BMG" or "Columbia" will print the name of their companies on the back of the cd jewel case in a small box.
They both sound the same and have the same linear notes.

Choose for what I can visualize. Some times I get carried away with the beats harmonies, and melodies. I see a musician's soul. If I never have seen this musician's picture, I imagine the scene. Some times I am wrong. The purchase, same scenario, but I examine the total package a little more. I have surprised myself, with coming up with this answer. I thought I had no Idea!
