Of course. I was circumcised at 38 by choice. Don't let the negatives fool you.. I had no pain and am delighted to be cut. If you want it. go fpr it.

Of course they can! It's never too late for any type of surgery. But of course, you'd have to put them under anesthesia for longer, I would guess. But I'm sure it would be a day surgery cuz my mother had breast cancer but was in & out of the hospital for a lumpectomy.

Of course any doctor will set the appointment for you it's an in and out surgery. Lots of pain but well worth the pain when your penis is pretty for the first time.
