ok so i got road runner first of my computer seems to be a little slower than dsl and secondly is their a way to watch tv on my computer i mean basically i got cable on the computer right?????
if not is their a way i could watch tv on the computer

Not in a enjoyable manner. Go for a faster connection or buy a TV Tuner and connect it separately from Internet.

Road Runner bandwidth is only 128kps, DSL is 256kps-768kps, And no you cant watch cable tv on your computer from the broadband connection, however if you have a tuner card you can split of the coax into the tuner and watch cable.
