I'm playing an online puzzle challenge at Gold Rush. And for the puzzle for Mac users, you need to option click to alternate the puzzle pieces. How do you option click with the Mighty Mouse?
(For those at Video and Online Games, somehow I retried and replayed the game again and was able to retrieve one gold bar and then later on another one. Maybe a bug?)

Option click is achieved by pressing the Option key between the control and the command (apple key), and clicking. This is the concept for single click Macs, but since you have the mighty mouse (or with any two button mouse) you can just right click adn it will achieve the same. You may have to configure your mouse in System Preferences before this option is enabled.
