lol, I love Dylan...in fact his concert was the first concert I ever went to and I'm so glad it was him instead of some stupid band like the BackStreet Boys anyway. Have you noticed though that in many songs his voice sounds completely different? I mean, you can still tell its him usually but when I heard him singing in his "country" voice with Johnny Cash I would have never known. Have you noticed this also?

I hate to break this to you, but he doesn't have a very good singing voice (no matter which one he uses).

An old story: the record producers loved the way Jimi Hendrixx played guitar, but they hated his singing voice and were reluctant to offer him a contract. He insisted that as long as Dylan was allowed to sing on his records, that he wouldn't sign unless he was allowed to sing too. The rest is history.

There was a record released in the early 70s, now out of print, called _Dylan_. You sound like someone who really enjoy hearing him sing, "Spanish is the Loving Tongue."

He also sings, "Can't Help Falling in Love" and "Mr. Bojangles."

Listen to how he sings on "New Morning" or "Live at Budokan" or "Slow Train Coming" - he's the best ever !
