You are only 14!!! Weight should be the last thing on your mind. But, and I can't believe I am doing this......
DO NOT CUT EATING FOODS!!! What you need to do is eat a balanced breakfast everyday. This stimulated the metabolism early in the morning and gets your body working early. I am a master fitness trainer in the military and all of the guys who are overweight use this technique. After about 30 days, the pounds start to come off. You should't have to watch your food intake too much. If you use splenda or any other artificial sweetener, you should stop that too.
If all else fails, determine your caloric intake for the day. Do this by taking a number between 12 and 16: 12 being inactive and 16 being active. Be honest with yourself and give yourself a number and multiply it by your weight. That should be what you are taking in per day.
Example: I am really active, and do an hour of work out a day, so i give myself the number 15. I am 165 lbs, so my caloric intake per day is: 15x165=2475. So, to lose weight, I have to eat under 2475 calories per day. You still have to eat, and you shouldn't try to cut down on intake too much at a time. Cut off about 300 calories to begin with and slowly cut it more. This is the old fashion way of doing it, but I would use it as a last resort.
The average healthy persons diet consists of 60-75% carbohydrates, 15-25% protein, and 5-15% fat. If you track your diet, it should be in this ballpark.

Well you are on a good start. I think that you should do this workout:
Circle crunches. This is where you get in crunch position and then you let your feet fall to the right, so your knees point left, as flat on the ground as you can get them. Then do crunches straight up in this postion. Then change your postion to where one leg is in crucn postion and the other foot's ankel is resting just above the knee. Then touch your opposite elbow to knee. Then do the center normal crunches. Then you reverse everything you just did. Do 50 of each postion. (or work up to it)
Then you get a friend and have them stand shoulder width apart. Then you lay your head between there legs and grab a hold of there ankles. Pull your legs up in the air. Then your friend thrusts them back down, but you need to keep control and bring them back up to your friends hands without touching the ground. do 3 sets of 10.
For you arms. I think that you should buy a couple of weights. I assume you are a girl, so light ones, no more than 10 pounds...you dont want to be ripped. Then you hold your arms out straigt and with out bending them, bring them straight above your head.
Then you put your arms straight above your head and make them about shoulder width apart. Then, 1 arm a time if you need it, bend at the elbow and go straight back.

Relax - you are 14 and you dont need to be perfect
but if you are dead set in having that flat toned tummy
eat less fatty foods - more chicken and protien
and do 3 sets of 10 sit ups a day with a friend - working out with a friend encorages you and keeps your spirit up

You are building muscle with your exercises, not losing fat. Try eating non-processed foods, and then running a mile or so a day. If you stay active and cut out the cheetos and mac'n'cheese, you will be thin soon enough.
