As I continue to say I am a huge Jeff Gordon fan, and yes he can win the Nextel Cup Championship. Mark Martin doesn't have very good chances and this is his last year in Nextel Cup and it would be cool to finish it off with his first championship. Then I can't believe Denny Hamlin is in it and not Tony Stewart but I am glad because I don't like him. I also dont like Kurt and Kyle Busch because they are cry babies? They complain about everything. Then their is Robby Gordon give me a break who spins people out all the time for no reason? Kasey Kahne and Jimmie Johnson have really good shots at winning the chase and Jeff Gordon isn't a has been he has won more races then probably any one in the Nextel Cup Series and is tied with Dale Earnhardt Sr. for his number of wins and his record was 76 and Jeff Gordon has 75. I don't call that being a has been, and if he was he wouldn't be winning races. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has a good chance to, I don't care who wins as long as it is not MATT KENSETH or KYLE BUSCH!!!!

Jeff Gordan has a great record at most of the tracks that will be run in the final ten races. It will be more a question of his car's performance and the ability of his pit crew. If these things go right, and Kasey Kahne sleeps in he may have a chance...

he has a good team and has as much a chance as anyone, but,
the big but is, that there nine other teams that are very, very
hungry for their chance at the cup. you have some of the best teams going into this, some that have won championships, and some that are chomping at the bit to get their first one. ask this
question after the October race at Lowe's and i might have a better
answer

No Gordon is not going to win the championship, It is either going to be Kasey Kahne Or Dale Jr.

Probably not. I still can't believe Denny Hamlin's in there and Tony Stewart isn't. I'm rooting for Mark Martin, but I think his chances are worse than Gordon's.

Not a chance, I want Jr. to win. But I think it will be Kenseth or maybe Kahne. Anyone but the Hendrick girls.

all of the drivers in the top 10 have a chance but my guess is that he probably will not make it into first unless he wins all of the next races because he is 40 points behind Matt Kenseth and all of the other divers are also doing very good to.
