There was once a kingdom far away. Here, the strangest form of judgement took place, a mixture of luck and karma. The accused would be released from one door, and at the other side of teh arena, there were two doors. One door had the most beautiful and best sutied woman for the man (women never got sent in here). If the man would choose this door he would instatnly get married to her, in the arena, even if he had a family. In teh other however, was the fiercest and hungriest lion they could find. One day, teh king found out that the princess had a peasent lover. The king sentenced him to the arena, knowing taht anyway he chose, the king would win. The princess, having good looks & charm (and a lot of money) found out whta was behind each door. The woman behind one door was the most beautiful in all the land, but the princess hated her. As soon as the man wnet into teh arena he looked straight at the princess, hoping for an answer. She pointed left. Whichc did he get, marrige or death?

Death. Given the old est mentality of the woman scorned: if I can't have you, then no other woman could.

He got death... because if she(the princess) could not have him, no one could and she certainly did not want that other woman whom she hated... to get him so she sentenced him to death

i guess it would depend on how mature the princess was and how much she loved this man. if she loved him unconditionally and she was very mature then she would chose marriage for him. if she was immature and did not love him unconditionally then it would have been death. i would also guess if she was immature but loved him unconditionally it would be marriage. i guess the most important factor of this question is how much she truly loved him. that would be what decided his fate

If she truly loved him; the woman. If not; death.
