The individual states are making their own illegal immigrant laws now.

There should not be a new law "for" illegal immigrants, that is, there should be no law making them exempt from existing laws. All that needs to be done is for existing laws to be strictly enforced and follwed up with incarceration and/or deportation. I think six months in jail before being deported would have more of an impact. It might be a good idea to have prison sentences set on some sort of a sliding scale like this:

First time capture: 6 months in prison
Second time capture: 1 year in prison
Third time capture: 2 years in prison
Fourth time capture: 5 years in prison
Fifth time capture: 10 years in prison
Sixth time capture: 20 years in prison

In all cases deportation upon release from prison.

As soon as enough illegals get into this country and take control, they make new laws and kick all the legals out.

We don't need new laws, we need to enforce the laws that are in place. What other laws are you breaking?
