Some homemade type gift that I can show my appreciation...or a cute date idea?

More like gestures:
1. Petals from the garden making a trail from the door to the bedroom to find the bedroom with flowers and candles.
2. Iron everything in his closet.
3. Tie his razon with a red ribbon, and leave it out for him in the morning with his shaving cream and toothbrush and all his morning needs ready to go.
4. Leave a love memo in red lipstick on the mirror with a few kisses.
5. A picnic in the living room with his favorite movie and a back rub for dessert.
6. Take him to Gameworks and buy him a gamecard and join in the fun with him and then take him for an ice cream.
7. Have a monday night football party (if he likes football) just you and him. Tie a ribbon around the remote, put a jersey on and be his waitress serving him hotwings and favorite drink. I'm sure by half-time he'll be ready for dessert!

A really cute, inexpensive gift for your husband would be the following:
While he is at work, place a bag of Hershey's Hugs & Hershey's Kisses into his car along with a hand written note from you expressing how much he means to you. When he gets to his car after a long stressful day, he will discover what you've done and feel instantly better.
You could also do this at home as well or place where he isn't expecting to find something so romantic.

You can have a special time at home if you don't want to spend much .... Prepara a nice dinner or order if you don't like to cook set a coffe table at the living room ,place some decorative pillows on the floor to seat ligth a candle or several around the living room pur soem nice music while eating dinner and then for dessert you can get a sexy lingerie to have a fun time with your hubby also ligth some candles in the room & have a fun and romantic dinner ... You can also but at a sex shop some kind of fun game to enjoy with your hubby like cards or any other game .... GOOD luck & HAVE FUN !!!

Leave notes throughout the house. On each note make a clever hint that only you and he would understand. For example, the first note (post-it notes work) would maybe be left on the outside doorknob, it could maybe say,"Go to your favorite place to relax. These notes would continue until it lead him into the bathroom. You will have a bath prepared with bubbles, or really good smelling bath salts. Candles will be lit all over. Sandlewood is supposed to be a good scent for romance, lavender for relaxing....You will be waiting in sexy lingerie. The next to last post-it note will tell him to go to the bathroom to find the one who loves him the most, or something really sweet. The last post-it note will tell him that you love him- let him know just how much he means to you, how important he is!!! Place it over your heart. Have some wine, or sparkling juice waiting in goblets, and chocolate covered strawberries (or cherries.) ... the rest is up to you two!!!!

I think you should take him on a date. Get away from it all and just let it be the two of you. Maybe take him to a romantic candle light dinner and from their go to the movies or dancing. But if you want to make it a little personal. Why don't you make at home a candle light dinner for two. Put candles all over and dim the lights. Put romantic music on and have a bottle of wine. Put on something sexy and last but not least put a trail of rose peddles from the front door to where you will be waiting for him. Make the night magical for just the two of you.. I would think that this would be really great to do to your guy.
1. ask his closest freind about what his fishing/ camping ..etc place that he would love to go , book him a trip and give it as a gift.
2. Study what he likes ( as in tools, toys , cloths ) and buy him a gift coupons from that shop to buy what ever he favors.
3. a SPA and realxation break in a hotel a bit distaned from home would be also great for you both to do.
other than that, just buy him a BIG screen TV . He should worship you for that.

take him to dinner.. somewhere fancy... decorate your bedroom before hand so when you come home you have flower pettals all over the bed and floor and candles lit (it will smell so good when you walk in he will be overwhelmed).....
