plug your mp3 player into your usb port...if you have windows xp you should not have to download any drivers...the setup wizard should appear and guide you through the set up process...when that is done select the song(s) you want to transfer and you can copy/paste them to the drive you have your mp3 plugged into or you can select the songs and "send" them by right clicking and selecting send to-then select where your mp3 is plugged into...cheers

either by synchronising songs from your media library- using your media player, or by copying and pasting the files into the mp3 player folder
