What is the best way to prank somebody during school??

One year on April Fool's Day a kid took all of my chalk. It was kind of funny.
One year kids got into the school and took EVERY desk from EVERY classroom and stacked them as high as they could in the hallway. No one could get through and no one had anywhere to sit in class. All of the kids had to come and get a desk and drag it back to their first period class. Totally hilarious... as long as you don't get caught lol!
Think before you act. Calling in a bomb threat is NOT funny. It costs the city a lot of money and is considered an act of terrorism. Do not do something that will humiliate someone. Do not target an individual. Think of possible consequences just in case. A kid sprayed fart spray at my school once and 3 kids had breathing problems from it and had to go to ER. The kid got into a lot of trouble.

Superglue on a chair and wait for the teacher or pupil to sit down on it. It's practically invisible and as long as you throw the glue away or stick it in someone elses bag you won't get caught.

take a small piece of paper and roll it, then put it in the hole on the water fountain where the water comes out. make it so the paper will fit kind of tight. then slightly bend the paper so that when someone uses the fountain the water will shoot out on them. my personal favorite.

I think you could put a whole bunch of ping pong balls or golf balls in their locker and or car once they open it they will all fall out it's mean but funny as hell.

put a push pin on their chair so when they sit down it sticks em en the behind. OUCH

whoopi cushon on their seat XD or take their pencil and hide it, while breaking the exact same pencil that is urs then show them (they'll get mad hopefully) then take their original pencil back and laff at em XD

on my last day of school me and my mates attempted to turf over one of the corridors, however we weren't too successful, so try better us!!
