you can stop smoking if you smoke,reduce your stress and anxiety exercise and you can ask your dr for high blood pressure pills if you think this is a problem one or two high blood pressure counts is not a lot to worry about unless they are high every time you see your dr if you are usuing one of those cuff machines in stores those things are so unrealible

no salt, no sodas and three magnesium suppliments a day My grandson has it and it was 180 over 140 we have brought it from there to 130 over 84 with no sodas no salt and magnesium.

eat some garlic or garlic pills, exercise, lower alcohol intake, eat less salty stuff

diet and exercise,,, and medication if that doesn't work stay away from salt and caffeine, distress if that is possible

lower your sodium intake and if you are overweight...lose weight.... but only under the care of a physician.....
