click on settings link and set all the dropdown menus on the right side of the page to public or private your choice
i've given up on trying to get people to read the help pages :(

From the home page left click your Avatar or picture and it will take you to your personal page. click on Edit my profile. click on the show my 360 page in Sharing save setting and it is done. Others will see a link for view my 360 page when they click your icon and view your page.

click on your picture that is in the upper left, then click on "Edit My Info" scroll down to "Sharing" click on box so there is a green check mark "Show link to my Yahoo! 360 page" then ckick on "Preview" then click on "OK"

When you sign in, there will be a place on the top that says just me, public & friends. Leave it on public.
