if youre talking about speed shifting its when you hit the gears at the right rpm not using the clutch.

don't use the clutch except for 1st 5th and reverse
practice by putting it in 1st gear and let the clutch out WITHOUT hitting the gas at all No BS it works

normal driveing a purfect shift on a catr is at 1880 rpm best fuel and no drag
