Legolas...but that is mostly based on the CGI version of him in LOTR:ROTK, when he brought the Oiliphant down.

For the book version, I always liked Faramir. He was unfairly judged against the swashbuckling standard of manhood. He showed his true quality when he allowed Sam and Frodo to proceed to Mordor.

Samwise Gamgee for me is the glue that holds the whole tale together...best friend of Frodo...with a heart as wide and deep as the grand canyon...whose love never wavers...even when Frodo finally succumbs to the power of the ring...and Gollum wrenches it free only to fall with it to his doom in the lake of fire below Mount Doom.
Samwise is the true hero...the backbone of the friendship...and my favorite character in Lord Of The Rings....

omg i was going to say LEGOLAS but i like ARAGON the only thing i like about legolas is he's cute and he can shoot with a bow and arrow!

I love gollum and have since I was a child when my dad read the stories to me. Gollum is pitiful but vicious at the same time, he follows the ring into the fire, obsession isnt healthy
