Honey move on. A guy who plays games with your friendship and feelings isn't worth your time or tears.
I know it sucks but there are tons of guys don't waste your time with a butthead.

focus your attention on other ppl and if he is really meant to be your guy he will come around but if not let him be and you will find some one else trust me been there and done that I always wanted who I could not have but then finally I got the only guy I ever really loved so dreams can come true don't sell your self short the guy that is perfect for you is out there and maybe you have not even met him yet so don't give up you sound young yet i met my true love when I was 7 but I did not fall in love with him till I was 19 and can say now at 43 I am married to him!!!! so don't give up just give him space and if it is meant to be he will come to you!!!! I pray that all your dreams are sweet and they all come true!!!! there is such a thing as happily ever after if you work hard and find the right guy!!! but it dose take work on your part although I don't think of it as work Cause i love doing ever thing I can to make my honey happy and he dose the same for me we love to spoil each other!!!!! cause we in love !!!!!!!

This is just part of life. Don't ever fall head over heels with someone so blindly. Take it as a baptism of fire.
Just remember. You may like someone. But that someone may not like you. Besides, based on what you say, he seems very unsettled. Perhaps he is not suited to you after all. It is better to take this relation with a pitch of salt. He may not be what you think he is.

Sweetie, why would you want to have a boy like that like you? He sounds like a confused jerk. Lose this guy. Find someone who isn't mean to you. The best way to get him back is to just act like it doesn't bother you in the least. Trust me on that. Good luck!
