I would forward your top 'to do list'. That way your boss never has to come to you for anything. Just keep the line of communication open. Don't give a reason for him to come to you for anything. Provide answers, not questions.

provide up making errors. My adventure with Micromanaging has been; there's a time and place for it, if an worker isn't appearing to expectancies yet i think they have skill they are going to ought to be micromanaged. the only time micromanaging is uncalled for is while the worker is assembly their ultimate dates and/or continually meets or exceeds expecations. the two you're actually not assembly expectancies or this individual is a administration freak. If he's the latter, there is little or no you're able to do approximately it different than provide him no reason to circulate by way of your stuff, in different words, provide him an replace each and every step of how, often used.

Honestly - flood him or her with paperwork. If you keep a snowstorm of documents flying towards your boss for approval, it will keep him or her busy enough to give you some peace & you can get some real work done.

sometimes you just got to take control yourself. though I would start by taking alittle at a time. but don't mess up cause it'll come crashing down on you. good luck.
