Ok I'm preatty computer savvy but I'm not sure whether its a virus or just malware. In any case follow the steps.
Spyware/Adware (Malware)
1. Go to www.download.com
2. Download and install "Spybot Search and Destroy" and "Adaware SE personal".
3. Restart your computer boot up to safe mode by tapping the F8 key.
4. Scan there and remove anything it finds.
Virus/Trojan/BHJ/Keylogger
1. Go to www.download.com
2. Download and Install ( PICK ONLY ONE )
- AVG Free Edition
- avast! Free Edition
- AntiVir Free Edition
3. Boot up to safe mode by tapping the F8 key and scan and remove everything from there.
This should have cleared up your computer. If not,
1. Go to all of these web sites for an online scanner. Be sure to use one at a time.
- http://housecall.trendmicro.com (www.trendmicro.com if this doesnt work)
Try to find their free online scanners. They exist you just need to look for them.
If that still doesnt clear it up, then I'm sorry you need to go to a professional or reformat your computer.

First thing is to remove the virus from your computer.
If you have the anti-virus software you should update and then scan your pc and that can solve your problem. If you don't have the anti-virus software I suggest you download the AVG free edition from the Internet, install on your PC and then run the AVG scanner.
When you done, you may need to clean your registry using any registry software, like registry mechanics. If you don't have one you can download from the Internet.
