Try "airborne" you can find it at walmart. If u r just starting to feel sick its perfect timing, works best at the begining stages of illness. It was also formulated by a teacher that was tired of catching illness from her students i tried it it works well i also take it before i go to any large public area like airport or dmv it is great. I also recently tried those disolvable pills you put in your shower for conjestion i thought they were well worth the money.

I typically take Nyquil (not the greatest tasting stuff in the world but most effective in my opinion) then sleep all day under covers. Make sure to eat as well cause it definitely helps when you are sick but you usually dont feel like eatting when you are.
