Yes...DELIVERY!!!...I'm sorry, that was mean! I just really know how you feel, and nothing helped me, I was sick, very sick for about 7 1/2 months! But there is hope for you, I mean you are still only 1 month! Most women stop being sick around 3 or 4 months! If it continues past 4 months, talk to your Dr., and make them listen!!! Alot of dr.'s just want to pass it off as normal, and not try to help. There is medicine that can be given in bad cases of sickness that doesn't hurt the baby!
Congrats, on the baby!!! I hope all goes well! Try two crackers before you even get out of bed in the morning!

I feel for you, I suffered until I was 23 weeks with morning sickness and found that anything really dry would help. Try dry cereal, toast and ginger tea works really well. If you don't like tea try ginger ale, that will do the trick too. The idea is to have something to eat before you get out of bed and to ensure that your stomach isn't totally empty at any time. I hope that your sickness eases up soon and that you have a happy pregnancy!

ginger ale, ginger tea, ginger snaps, pretty much anything with ginger is good. Also saltine crackers help. One thing I learned while pregnant was before even sitting up in bed in the mornings, eat a couple crackers while laying down and drink a few sips of gingerale. For some reason, while still laying down, the little bits of food stayed down better and there was less of a chance of it coming back up. Also, one other tip would be if and when you are hungry, even this may sound unappetising, stick to bland foods. no added salt, hot sauce, whatever. plain noodles, plain bread, plain veggie sticks or fruit slices. whatever you eat, eat it fresh and plain. It helps.

congrats and hope this helps

There is a thing called preggie pops & preggie drops. You can also use ginger (fresh works best). Anything sour helps to calm nausea down. I'm on my 3rd pregancy (34 wks) and was never as ill as I was with this one. It really helped me. Just be sure to drink plenty of fluids (avoid a lot of sugar & caffeine) If you were a coffee drinker-just stopping can cause you to have caffeine withdrawal-had that to, doc told me it was ok to have my am coffee (just don't over do it)

Good luck to you. Hope all goes well. God Bless

I am 2 months along. I know that this doesn't work for everybody but it worked great for me. I bought the Preggie Pops at Motherhood Maternity. Granted they are a little expensive but worth it for me. You might want to try them if nothing else works. Don't drink a lot of fluids fast either no matter how thirsty you are sip them. Drinking them fast can give you the feeling that your gonna throw up. I made that mistake.

Stay away from greasy foods. My girlfriend is 16 weeks long and any thing she ate in the morning made her sick so she started her day off with fruit and then she usually felt better throughout the day. Also try to stay away from dairy in the morning.

The only thing that worked for my morning sickness was drinking a tall glass of milk in the morning. That seemed to curb the naseua. I too, felt sick all day but wouldn't really get sick. Good Luck and hang in there.
