I live in Houston TX and i go to school in stafford i parked on the curb i did not see a fire hydrant at all.. and this was after class which was around 4:45 pm but lots of students park on the curb all the time from like 7-12 and i dont see them getting tickets . who do i call to see how much the fine would be? my parents would freak when they find out.

That depends if a fire happened when you were parked in front of it!!

usually the fee schedule is on the back of the ticket

It varies for where you live. Call the local police department of whoever's there.
