I mean the girls always do the happy thing with their eyes and make the "V" sign with their figures. and in the anime they always have their eyes do this ^ ^. and a lot of the girls have very squeaky voices even when they are 20+.

♡Because Japan IS the 'Land of CUTE'!(*^o^*)
Take a walk around and you often hear; 'Kawaiiiiii!', 'Kawaii ne!?!', 'Totemo kawaii desu!'...
Since moving here I have noticed that there are so many CUTE things, CUTE people, even some of the food is CUTE!
Perhaps it's just GOOD or COOL to be CUTE in Japan, I guess.↓ 'Kawaii desu!'

they dont alyase act all cute sometimes they can bee really mean and stuff i have an aunt that is from there and she can be really strict but she is happy more than usual i think it is cuz it is just in there nature

YOU might see it as cute. WHen compared to your culture . To them it is normal , their mannerism . It is not in Japense culture to be arrogant , rude, loud or outspoken . Usually respect for others comes first

trust me, most of them are not so cute! those that are cute most probably fake (thanks to plastic surgery).
about the "V" handsign and pretending to be cute are all from the culture and trend they have there (the "kawaii" culture). even chinese girls in my country love to act like that. some may look cute but most of them look stupid (i mean, those chinese girls in my country)
