If you've had a UTI for 3 months, it has probably become a kidney infection. To help treat a UTI, drink plenty of water (atleast the recommended amount of 6-8 glasses), all natural and 100% PURE cranberry juice (not the sugary sweet stuff, the pure cranberry juice), take atleast 100% daily values of Vitamin C, Zinc. If you can find pure blueberry juice, that helps also. Drink atleast 16oz of these juices daily.
Remember to urinate every 2-3 hours.
To relieve discomfort, over-the-counter pain relievers (tylenol, advil etc) and a heating pad may be helpful.
Avoid smoking, coffee, alcohol, sports or energy drinks, and soda.
Good Luck!!!

You may have a kidney infection; they're on your mid to lower back and when infected, cause pain. If this is the case, you will need to see a doctor and get an antibiotic. You should see if there is a free clinic in your community. Many doctors volunteer some time at community based free clinics. It may be worth it to check into it. Good luck.

You could try cranberry pills (more concentrated than juice) from Trader Joes. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Also, there are pain killer pills especially for uti at any pharmacy, just ask at the counter. You really should go to a gynecologist, 3 months is way too long to have a urinary tract infection.

catniptea may very well be your solution, cranberry juice failed did you say?that should have done the job.And now brew some strong catnip tea, let it cool enough to drink instead of sipping it, load it with shuger and down the hatch!!!be forewarned then afterwards your mouth will taste like the islam army walked through it barefooted, so have a mouthwash on hand when you drink it. r erpeat several times daily and i would bet that will cure your urinary roblem. however if this doesn.t do the trick head for the uroligist

That could be really serious, so the best thing for you to do is find a community clinic somewhere in the area & schedule an appointment, you don't want to wait too long, because you could seriously get hurt...good luck with everything & hope you feel well soon!

Sorry, but money or no money, you need to get to the Doctors. UTI's left untreated can cause kidney problems, and a symptom of which can be back ache.
I live in the UK where we have access to health care whenever we need it, so I'm lucky I guess, but surely your health is more important than anything. Are you not eligible for medicare?

Due to the eliminative nature of natural apple cider vinegar , the kidneys and bladder can benefit tremendously by a 'flushing', which they receive when the following cider vinegar therapy is undertaken: two teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass of water six times a day. It would be beneficial to drink a couple of glasses of water in the morning, taking one teaspoonful of cider vinegar in each drink. Comfrey tea, first thing in the morning with a teaspoon of cider vinegar will also create a sufficient cleansing action. Inflammation of the kidneys, called pyelitis, in which pus cells are present in the urine, will generally clear up with the above-mentioned treatment

Go to a free clinic nearby. If you don't know if you have one, go to google and type in free clinics (in your area). If you don't have a computer, go to a public library, they should have computers there. Free clinics are run by volunteer nurses, so you have nothing to worry about.

I would look into getting it taken out, Planned Parenthood or your health department should be able to assist with little or no cost to you!
