I like Shockwave.com but there are thousands of them. Just do a search for 'free online games'.

Websites have to verify the number of visitors to there site and sort out repeat visitors from new visitors.
Registration helps do this.
If you can find a more non-invasive method to do this them webmasters will be happy to use it.

Sorry I don't know of any, I know of Pogo.com, but you have to sign up for that, it's free but you still sign up.
