"Make me just as small as Sniffles" from Mary Jane & Sniffles.

In the earliest days, Mary Jane had magic sand that she threw in the air over herself with the accompanying incantation, "Magic sand, magic sand, make me small at my command."
But (presumably after a sufficient number of parents had had to wash sand out of their kids' hair) it was changed to a simple instruction to whatever powers there were.
