There are various programs out there which can do this. Popular ones are Frontpate and Macromedia Dreamweaver.

If you want to use a free one then try the ones at download..com. Follow the link below and you should find some.

Also, you will need your own webspace. Your service provider may already have allocated you some. There are also various companies offering free webspace, but often this is supported by advertising.

There are lots of ways and many free sites... your own ISP, plus lots of others like yahoo, myspace, msn, freewebs. etc. These all are basic and will help you step by step and they are free, however if your looking to make your own from scratch then all you need on your computer is internet explorer and notepad, you'll need to either get a book on HTML code or look online to get the basics of web pages... then you would have to find a host, this again can be free bu most cost a little. It is much easier to go with one the free ones stated above.

Try to learn Macromedia Dreamweaver. When you get into it, you'll love it! Oh and learn PHP!
