If you're not interested in pursuing a relationship with your son's mother, just let her know, honestly, that you're not interested. You are too young to be stuck to someone for the next 18-20 years, but that was a decision the two of you made.

Tell her you will do what is necessary for your son, spending quality time and money on him, but that is the extent of your contact with her. Ask her, politely, not to interfere with any potential relationship you may have in the future. If she wants to take you to court, cooperate and go along with whatever the judge says. It's time for you to grow up and be a man that your son can look up to. It will be better for you in the long run.

why do you want to leave her ? and if you are heartset on leaving her then make sure you get it in writing that you will support your child and beable to visit and share custody and have it filed in court otherwise you will have more trouble down the road you helped in the conception of your child and you need to help in raising your child

tell her its not working out and I don't feel the passion, don't worry though because i WILL STILL TAKE CARE OF MY CHILD, BUT DON'T PACK UP AND LEAVE RIGHT AWAY, THAT WOULD BE A BAD CHOICE. yOU ARE GOING TO BREAK HER HEART AND YOUR CHILDS NOT GOING TO HAVE A DADDY TO BE AROUND WITH ALL THE TIME. wHY DON'T YOU GO GET SOME HELP FOR RLATIONSHIPS, HAVE LOTS OF SEX IF YOU CAN.
