I need someone creative who I can show my art/designs to so they can build a site around it. Is there a particularly good way to find someone to do this?

I am selling my artwork and designs on t-shirts, so I need someone who can use those designs in layouts. I'm from north Texas.

These guys offer web design services (along with a lot of other stuff), they are VERY good. They typically work with music artists but I would see if they can help you:

The nice thing about the Internet is that you have such a wide area to look. You should not limit yourself to a local designer.
Get onto Yahoo and search anywhere, India, USA, ANYwhere.
That is the best strategy for getting your site done.

Where are you located? Are you trying to simply show off your artwork, or do you want to sell it online?
